Special materials
Special materials have been developed for use in special industrial areas. Common special materials include highly corrosion-resistant materials. In this regard, we mainly supply alloys according to1.4439, 1.4462 and 1.4539, in the versions blank according to EN 102748, in rolled version according to EN 10060 or as open-die forgings according to DIN 7527, sheet 6.
As a dealer for the aerospace industry, we meet the highest requirements and have an EN 9120:2018 certification.
The heat resistant materials include the following materials
the alloys according to 1.4713, 1.4742, 1.4762, 1.4828, 1.4841, 1.4876 and 2.4851 in the versions blank according to EN 102748, in rolled version according to EN 10060 or as open-die forgings according to DIN 7527, sheet 6.
In addition to the usual special materials, we also offer refractory materials such as tungsten, tantalum, tantalum + tungsten, zirconium 702 and zirconium 705, molybdenum.
In the nickel area
We offer you the following materials: Nickel, 201 (2.4068), Alloy C4 (2.4610), Alloy B2 (2.4617), Alloy 75 / NIMONIC 75 (2.4630) , Alloy 80A (2.4631), Alloy C-263 (2.4650), Alloy 718 (2.4668), Alloy C276 (2.4819), Alloy 601 (2.4851), Alloy 625 (2.4856), Alloy 800H (1.4558), Alloy 800HT (1.4859), Jethete (1.4828), Alloy A-286 (1.4943 / 1.4944), MARAGING 250 / MA 250 (1.6359), MARAGING 300 / MA 300 (1.6354).
INVAR 36 / Alloy 36 (1.3912), INVAR 42 / Alloy 42 (1.3917) and Alloy K (1.3981) are materials with an extremely low coefficient of linear expansion (modulus of elasticity ). Therefore, this material is mainly used in satellite construction and the laser industry.
We also offer round bars and plate blanks in the following magnesium alloys: AZ31A, AZ31B, AZ80A, ZK 30 and ZK 60A.
